Installation Steps:

 

1. Cut the ground surface and excavate, ensuring a foundation base depth of approximately 800mm to 1130mm.


2. Fill the bottom with 20-30mm pebble and sand to create a water seepage stratum.


3. Embed the bollard, making sure the head is level with the ground.


4. Install the wiring tube and drainage pipe, securing each wire with waterproof tape to prevent water vapor permeation.


5. Power on to test the bollards and cover the head to protect it from concrete stains. Use structural adhesive to cover all drainage pipe holes.


6. Pour concrete into the foundation base, taking care to avoid any movement of the bollard.


7. Tidy up the bollard head and ground surface to complete the installation.
